Traffic plan |
Dear ASE Parents & Families,
The attached updated traffic plan will be in effect as soon as we receive the barriers to separate students from vehicles while they are waiting in two staging areas. We will continue with curb drop-off and parking options for drop-off and pick-up on Monday. Please note there will be limited parking and the area we are working with is much smaller. Also note, the 3 lanes facing east towards the school are the ENTRANCE lanes only. The 2 lanes closest to the north wall are for EXIT ONLY.
This will cause some delays so please prepare and allow extra time for drop-off/pick-up.
Some suggestions to help ease the process:
1) Arrange a nearby meeting spot within a short walking distance with your older students. If possible, have them pick-up and take any younger siblings to meet you as well.
2) Keep your driver's window down to hear any staff direction
3) Turn down the music and keep off your cell phone to stay alert
4) If your child rides a childcare van to school, please keep them informed
We will have additional school personnel available to assist with the interim traffic pattern and we will keep you posted if there is any update.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation and wish you a wonderful weekend!
Sincerely,
ASE Administration Team
